weonline.store (the “Website”) is owned and operated by UNITEL Kuwait electronics devices company as Weonline, a Partnership company incorporated under the laws of Kuwait.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your use of our Website and services, including our Call Centre and Mobile application. We may update these terms at any time without notice, so please check them regularly. By placing an Order, you agree to the latest version of these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

Eligibility

To use our Website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to:

  • Make a payment using an accepted method.
  • Agree to these Terms.
  • Enter into binding Orders with us.

Currently, we can only process orders with delivery addresses within Kuwait. The Website is for personal or gift use only; commercial use is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline orders we suspect are for commercial use.

Registration & Privacy

You can use the Website as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your personal and payment details are valid, accurate, and complete. Please keep your account password confidential. Our customer service will never ask for your password. We are committed to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, but we are not responsible for any loss due to misuse of your account details.

Orders

By placing an Order, you agree to purchase the items at the price indicated, including any delivery fees, taxes, and duties. Items in your basket are not reserved until you have paid.

We cannot guarantee that an item listed as available will be in stock when your Order is processed. If an item is sold out after you place an order, we will notify you.

Receipt of your order will be acknowledged by email, but the order is only confirmed when you receive a separate notification that your item has been dispatched.

Gifts & Pre-Orders

Complimentary Gifts: If you receive a free gift with your purchase, the item cannot be returned if the gift has been opened or tampered with.

Pre-Order Items: You can secure new items before they are officially launched.

  • Delivery of pre-ordered items is subject to availability.
  • Only debit card, credit card, and Apple Pay are accepted for pre-orders. Other payment methods, including cash on delivery, are not available.
  • You can cancel a pre-order at any time before delivery or within 15 days after receipt.
  • All refunds for pre-order cancellations or returns will be issued as store credit only.

Payment & Pricing

We accept CoD, KNet, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Payment is taken when you place your Order. We may request additional personal documents to verify your identity and prevent fraudulent payments.

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars and do not include additional costs like delivery fees or taxes, which will be shown at checkout.

If a pricing error occurs:

  • If the order has been processed: We may cancel the order and issue a full refund, honor the lower price, or refund the difference if you paid a higher price.
  • If the order has not been processed: We will notify you, and you can either confirm the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

  • Business hours are 9am-8pm. Orders placed outside these hours or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • We may charge a re-delivery fee if your order is not accepted at the provided address.
  • Delivery for pre-order items depends on the item’s release date.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a free returns policy for up to 15 days from delivery, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Returns Process:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused, and in saleable condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and authenticity cards must be included.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed after the returned items are inspected and approved. The full face value of the item will be refunded, excluding original delivery charges.

  • Credit/Debit Card: The refund is issued to your original payment card.
  • Online Store Credit: The refund is issued as store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days to arrange a free return and full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable.

Exchanges: We are not currently able to offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item.

General Conditions

  • Product Liability: We do not carry product liability for items sold, as liability rests with the manufacturer.
  • Intellectual Property: All content on the Website, including graphics, text, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without our express permission.
